“Mary Mahon has lived most of her life in Texas, born in South Texas. Attended and graduated from Texas A&I, she proceeded to get her master’s in education from TWU in Denton, Texas. Taught and retired from Special Education in Texas.
Mary lost her life mate, Willis Mahon, in November of ‘22 after 69 years of marriage. She decided to move from Texas after living with her daughter to Woodstock, GA. Her son lives around the corner from Camellia Place, so her family is right around the corner.
She was a bit apprehensive about moving to a new place and state, but she found the team and residence at Camellia to be wonderful.
The team has assisted Mary with all her needs, and she adjusted very quickly by being involved in the planned activities and with her friends each day. Camellia is a very good place to be.”
