With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Lisa offers this advice for living a good life: “Find your passion, and make that your career.” Lisa has combined her passion for people with her profession – now, in service to a special group of people: Camellia Place residents.

As Human Resources manager, Lisa leverages the talent, knowledge and hearts of employees in order to provide the best services and support among the team and with customers. “My goal is to hire the best people, in the right job, with the right training, and the best culture to make a difference.”

Lisa comes to us with experience from telecommunications, technology and healthcare firms.

Lisa holds a Bachelors in History, and Masters in Organizational Communications from Northwestern University (Evanston, IL). She is certified in Human Capital Leadership from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), and earned certification by the Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).  “Being involved at Camellia Place is an opportunity to feel a sense of family with employees and residents too. It’s a chance to make a real difference in the lives of very special people.”
